This is why works submitted to O!Karte Gallery and O!Karte Stage will be assessed by art and music experts, who will comment on the works and compile a Top 10 each month. They will also chose compositions to be filmed in video clips and that will appear on the air, as well as visual works that will grace outdoor stands around the city.
